This is probably the first time I’m rating a property with a 10/10, without any negative feedback. The hotel itself feelks like a spa, the rooms are spacious, clean, well designed. The breakfast buffet is perfect and so are the pool and the beach. Hotel’s staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at peace, especially Mrs. Mary Anne at the pool and Mr. Hamza at the reception.

Everything was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The friendly and attentive staff at the reception, restaurants and pool ensured that we felt incredibly comfortable, while the outstanding daily cleaning service added an extra touch of comfort. The hotel is beautifully designed and provides a delightful retreat from the city's hustle. The culinary experiences at restaurants Alizee, Demon Duck, and Tutto Passa were exceptional, each offering delicious dishes that were beautifully presented. We left with wonderful memories of every detail, including the care, quality, and overall experience provided by the entire team.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Banyan Tree Dubai. The property is beautiful the location is perfect, the facilities are fantastic and the beach looks out onto an uninterrupted view of the sea. However the stand out of our stay were the hotel staff. Without exception everyone we encountered was worthy of a mention. We arrived at 10:30 and were not expecting to get our room until 3 but were delighted to not only be given a room but upgraded to an ocean view room, after a long night flight this was very much appreciated. We appreciated all the little touches in our room, bookmarks etc. Thank you to the whole team we hope to return again.
